I've already critiqued one of your works and I've seen a ton of your other works. I admire your work and think that you have such talent. I don't want to discourage you at all in your work, just help you better yourself in it. So, here we go with the real critique. I love every little thing about this, the shine in her eyes, the small blemishes on her skin, and the fly away hairs you've carefully put in. I just have to complain ever so slightly about her eyes. I know that no ones' eyes are perfect, but with this, I feel like her right one (the one on the left) is correct while her left one (The one on the right) is a bit too wide and the overall shape seems a bit off. The shine in that one is excellent as well, but you can't really tell where her iris is from her pupil or where the edge of her eyeball meets her eyelid in the upper center of that eye. I know that that eye is closer than her right one, but it still seems just off because I've always known for her eyes to have a bit of a drawn down outer corner, giving her a sad appearance unless she's smiling rather broadly. Again, I LOVE this but that is what I have to say
I just want to point out that you're an amazing artist, and scratch out my earlier comment. It doesn't quite fit what I'm trying to say. What I'm trying to say is that you have a talent for art, and should keep going. Keep going with the Hunger Games fanwork - I am hooked with the trilogy as well as your art!
I like your scratched/hatching shading. I love how easy it is to idetify without even seeing the title. The eyes are made favorite; one's really drawn to them, and they seem to sparkle. The shading of the shirt's wrinkles and neck are very detailed. How long did this take?
thank you so much for taking time to write such a sweet comment i m glad you like my hatching technique!! i m always glad to hear people still appreciate this kind of technique ^^ yeah, the eyes are my favourite too!! well, i think about 10 hours, i cant remember exactly...
